Short-term work often goes unfilled because the people who could do it and the people who need it never find each other in time. GapCrew starts from the worker's real availability, so a job reaches people who are free for each day's hours, near enough to go.
The people using GapCrew make the decisions. Workers choose which jobs to respond to. Employers choose whom to confirm. They agree the work between them, and the employer pays the worker directly.
